The developers needed a reliable, experienced flooring contractor with a large workforce to handle the projects in a timely manner.

The three projects were very similar in nature requiring stylish and practical hard flooring throughout the living areas and modern neutral carpets for the bedrooms.

Virtuoso played a heavy role in specifying the flooring on all projects, with Moduleo Flooring and Karndean design flooring being chosen as the Luxury Vinyl Tile suppliers.

The 3 projects encompassed 60 apartments and approximately 5,000 m2 of flooring and all needed to be installed over a similar time frame between May-July 2018.

One of the projects was in East London and the other two in Bristol, this geographical challenge didn’t hinder the quality of service provided or the end product.

Each project was delivered on time and on budget, with extremely satisfied clients on all 3 developments. Virtuoso Flooring even managed to find time to save the clients time and money.
